Glitch in the System
Seems like everything was going a little too smooth the past few months. There’s nothing like a little confusion to balance things out.
Apparently there was a glitch in the Hilton hotel reservation system and our block of rooms we reserved at the Doubletree was “misconfigured�. They had to recreate our block and the code is now THB instead of THW - or if you call and say Tracy Hofman Wedding - you'll get the room rate. THW will no longer work online. The invitations will have the correct code on it - so hopefully there won't be too much confusion. Anyone who has already made reservations – no need to re-reserve a room. Your reservation has been transferred over to the new wedding block. Please let me know if you have problems!
