Apple Salsa

Yield: 12 servings (serving size: 1/4 cup)

Ingredients

* 2 cups diced peeled Fuji apple (about 3/4 pound)
* 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
* 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
* 1/4 cup diced red onion
* 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
* 1/2 tablespoon honey
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Serve with pork or roasted chicken.
