Got Breakfast? is the new school program encouraging kids to eat breakfast. Many kids don’t have time (or make time?) in the morning to eat anything. They rush out the door and start the day on an empty stomach. Research suggests this can hinder their learning ability, concentration levels and it’s hard to get all the nutrients you need with just 2 meals/day.
