Downward Dog is for Everyone.

Of course athletes practice yoga and pilates. Sun salutations, Warrior I, Upward Dog, the Hundreds, the Teaser - there's something for everyone. What better way to supplement any training program? Strengthening all those tiny muscles used for stability, adding flexibility and balance. It can also be a nice change of pace from hard-core training sessions. Although some types of yoga can be strenuous and challanging as well. It's not just sitting on the floor and touching your toes.
